1. Registration & Advance Deposit
To confirm your place in the course, a non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the total course fee is required at the time of registration.
This advance payment secures your seat and helps us arrange accommodation, meals, training materials, and other necessary resources.
2. Refund, Rescheduling & Code of Conduct Policy
No Refund Policy
Please note that all fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling Option
If you are unable to join the course in your registered month, you may postpone your participation to any future batch within the next 12 months without any additional charges.
To reschedule, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance, so we can properly manage accommodation and meal arrangements.
Code of Conduct During the Course
All students are expected to maintain discipline, respectful behavior, and follow the rules and guidelines of the yoga school at all times.
Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, violation of school rules, disruption during classes, or disrespect toward teachers, staff, or fellow students will not be tolerated.
The yoga school reserves the right to remove any student from the course without refund if such behavior occurs during the training period.
Health & Participation Responsibility
Students are responsible for maintaining their physical and mental fitness throughout the course.
Missing classes due to personal reasons, illness, late arrival, or early departure will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
The management reserves the right to amend or update these policies when necessary, in the best interest of the school and students.
3. Remaining Course Fee Payment
The remaining 80% of the course fee must be paid upon arrival at the ashram during check-in.Payment Methods Accepted:
Cash (Nepalese Rupees, USD, EUR, or INR)
Bank Transfer (prior to arrival)
Online Payment Apps (Wise, Remitly, IME, etc.)
Local Digital Wallets (eSewa, Khalti – for Nepali nationals only)
4. Important Notes
Kindly keep a copy of your payment receipt or transaction ID for confirmation.
For bank transfer or online payments, please ensure the transfer is completed at least 7 days before arrival and share the payment details with us.
Any international transfer fees or currency exchange charges must be covered by the student.
